Bookings & Payments
Your booking is confirmed after the required payment is successfully received. Remaining balances must be paid by the date communicated by our team.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be shared with Groove Getaways in writing. Deposits and refunds will be handled according to the final trip-specific cancellation policy.
Travel Requirements
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations and any other entry requirements for the destination.
Liability
Groove Getaways takes reasonable care in selecting travel partners. Final liability terms and supplier conditions will be provided in the complete policy.
